Our class format focuses on Strength and Conditioning and Cardio Intervals. Class are suitable for all abilities but we encourage everyone to start with our Accelerate program - with 3 × 1-1 sessions to get you up to speed and familiar with how we work. With just 6 in class, you’ll benefit from expert guidance and be pushed to your limits.

All of our clients are able to book a +1 for classes once a month using one of their class credits.
