classes are capped at just 8 participants - everyone in class benefits from our expertise and PT led approacH

  • Monday: 10:00 & 17:45  

  • Wednesday: 10:00 & 17:45  

  • Friday: 13:15 & 17:30

  • Saturday: 08:15

There’s never a joining fee and you don’t need to be a member to join us!
